Welcome to BoDirect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoDirect website located at bodirect.com and all services offered through it. By accessing or using the website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website or services.

2. Nature of Services
BoDirect is software that gathers the self-pay prices healthcare providers publish, puts them side by side for your area, and helps you keep, document, and check the estimates you get.
BoDirect lets you search and compare self-pay prices that healthcare providers publish, near a ZIP code you choose, and save up to two services at no cost.
BoDirect Plus, a paid membership at $7 a month or $59 a year, adds unlimited saved estimates, Good Faith Estimate request letters, bill-versus-estimate checks, price-change alerts on saved services, and a receipt folder for HSA or FSA records.
BoDirect is software. It does not book appointments, take payment for care, or contact providers on your behalf. It does not accept payment from providers for placement or ranking.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
3. Not Insurance, Not a Provider, Not Advice
BoDirect is not insurance, a health plan, a discount medical plan, or a healthcare provider. Using BoDirect does not entitle you to any discount, coverage, or care.
Prices shown are estimates drawn from information providers publish, with the source and the date each was last checked. Prices change, and a posted price is not a quote. The amount a provider actually charges you is set by that provider. Ask the provider for a written Good Faith Estimate before you book.
Information on BoDirect about the Good Faith Estimate and the patient-provider dispute process is general information, not medical, legal, or financial advice. BoDirect is not a law firm and does not file disputes for you.
In an emergency, call 911. Do not use BoDirect to shop for emergency care.
4. Membership and Billing
BoDirect Plus renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly term until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
5. Your Documents
You may upload estimates, bills, and receipts to your folder. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for having the right to upload it. Letters BoDirect drafts are templates you review, edit, and send yourself.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the BoDirect website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of BoDirect or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from BoDirect.
The BoDirect name and logo are trademarks of BoDirect. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of BoDirect.
7. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications Only
By opting in to receive SMS messages from BoDirect, you consent to receive account notification text messages related to your BoDirect account. These messages may include price-change alerts on services you saved, estimate and letter-ready notices, membership billing and renewal notices, login and verification codes, and replies to support requests you started. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
BoDirect does not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages you receive from us relate directly to your own account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. Upon receipt of your STOP message, you will be removed from all future SMS communications. You may also reply HELP to [INSERT SHORT CODE] for assistance or contact us at support@bodirect.com or (888) 338-9068.
Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, Clearsky
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BoDirect does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The BoDirect website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BoDirect does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoDirect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoDirect, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall BoDirect's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the website or services exceed the total amount paid by you to BoDirect during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
11. Changes to Terms
BoDirect reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
